Pension
\n Payments granted to pensioners have been increased gradually as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 1986, the amount of monthly pension was revised byadding the temporarily increased and additional allowance to the basic amount of pension.<\/li>\n
  2. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 1993, the amount of monthly pension was increased by adding 25% of the basic pension.<\/li>\n
  3. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 1994, family pension benefit for husband\/ wife was increased from the 1\/2 % to 3\/4 % of the basic pension granted the pension when he was alive.<\/li>\n
  4. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2000, monthly pension for the pensioners was increased twice the basic amount of pension.<\/li>\n
  5. Starting from the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0July 2011, the basic pension payment was revised by calculating on the basic of pension payment first granted on 1st<\/sup>\u00a0January 2010 and it was increased and awarded.<\/li>\n
  6. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2013, the pension payment was granted after adding up the increased salary to the basic pension in accord with service years on the basic of 20000 kyats.<\/li>\n
  7. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2014, the pension payment was granted after adding up the increased salary to the basic pension in accord with service years on the basic of 20000 kyats.<\/li>\n
  8. Starting from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2015, apart from the current pension payment, the basic pension payment is granted by adding up increased salary in accord with their respective service years on the basic of 45000 kyats the prescribed increased salary.<\/li>\n
  9. Starting from the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0January 2019, the basic pension payment was revised by calculating on the basic of pension payment first granted on 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2018 and it was increased and awarded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
